Standard International Shipping (from China and other global suppliers):

Estimated delivery time: 9–15 business days (average around 12 days).


Domestic U.S. Shipping (from U.S. warehouses):

Estimated delivery time: 5–8 business days.

Possible Delays



While we always strive to meet estimated delivery windows, certain factors can occasionally cause delays:

Delayed Order Policy



If your order is significantly delayed beyond our estimated delivery timeframe, we will assist you with a reshipment or refund according to the following guidelines:


  • U.S. Orders: Eligible for reshipment or refund after 45 days from the ship date.
  • Most Other International Orders: Eligible after 60 days from the ship date.
  • Brazilian Orders: Eligible after 110 days from the ship date.
